[users] question about saving

I have a question regarding your product.  One of my students asked me about 
your product.  This was the first I had heard about it.  She is using the word 
processor.  Are you able to save as a .doc file so she can open the file in 
WORD?  Whatever form she used last night at home would not open.  What should I 
tell her to do to be able to use Office at school?  Thank you
