Does an excellent job on small simple files (see attached of Michael's
docx converted to odt). However, when I used it to convert a detailed
file, both OOo and Starwriter 8 crash:

I've not taken time to figure out the crash yet, or submit to OOo or SUN.

Note: I can open the ESTAT report in Ubuntu (U)OOo 2.3, but it uses the
Novell conversion so it doesn't convert figures, tables, bullits etc.
