    I really do not know what to say now. When there is a change in the list 
of changes, all four buttons are active. Linux Debian version from OOo web 
site.
   You might need to  remove and reinstall OOo. While there is a possibility 
that a file is bad in the home folder for OOo, I would think a file has gone 
bad in the program files.
