This is a long shot... did you by any chance change recently the appearance of your desktop? I wonder if the buttons are actually there but you just cannot see them because of a display problem (dialog box too short). Can you try to press Alt+A (this is the shortcut for accept) and see if something happens? The other shortcuts are Alt+R (reject) Alt+C (accept all) Alt+E (reject all). Also, in the change menu, is the "protect records" menu entry marked? this should gray out the buttons only, but maybe for some reason it makes them disappear in your case... Cheers, Michele
