(A fairly new subscriber who would have find searching the archives VERY
much easier if more posters used meaningful subjects)
The rather personal nature of some of the posts tends to obscure the
fact that everyone involved wants the list to work well and is willing
to put lots of effort into making that happen, which is a very good thing.
