Operating system is Windows XP.
There is no password protect on the file and no error message received.
When I click on the file I get an hourglass for about 3 seconds and nothing. 
I've let it sit for 15 minutes to see if it will open and nothing.
This file is used regularly (at least once a week)

My other calc files are ok at this time, just this one... Of course it would be 
an important file.
