[users] How to Download the Program

I just want to know how to get into the program.  I applied for a position with 
Infocision which is a home-based company that I can do customer service.  They 
sent me this website and sent instructions on how to download it but I am 
having a problem doing that.  So could you please help me?  Thanks in advance
