Does that pop up occur when you're attempting to download? Or install? Is there anyway to bypass it? If the problem is with downloading, perhaps you can go to another computer and download OpenOffice to a CD or USB connected drive, to carry back to your computer. If the problem occurs during install and you can't bypass that pop up, you'll have to stop whatever security app is blocking you. Please describe any messages you see in that pop up.
