Good Afternoon! I tried to get into the program but it presented a block and
said for security purposes it would not go thru so I was wondering what I
should do to allow this program to come up. This is the best way that I could
explain it. I hope that this will give you more insight into what I am talking
about. Thanks for your quick response and concern.

What problems are you having? Normally, you go to www.openoffice.org,
click on the link in the green box and follow the directions. After the
download is complete, you double click on the file you downloaded to
start the installation process.
Please describe the steps you take and what happens, including any error
messages.
