Dear Open Office staff:
Hello. I recently purchased the OpenOffice software. While I am able to open
word documents that are sent to me, others who don't have OpenOffice are having
trouble reading the word documents I send to them via email. How can I format
my word documents in such a way that others can view them?
Also, I am having trouble exporting my word documents as pdf files. When I
attempt to reopen these documents after exporting them as pdfs, I get a page of
symbols.
