I would strongly agree with you in general - In the long run however
given the number of low - mid range hardware vendors that are starting
to put Linux on the disk, out of the box...that IS bound to change, IMO.
True. A low end computer for $200 - $300 with Linux, or add an extra
$100 for Windows. As soon as XP is gone (soon), it will take more cost
for Vista because of increased memory requirements.
