Then you will maybe get your money back and you have nothing...

Under OSS you can contact the author of the software send him/her  debug
outputs  and  ask  him/her  friendly  for  support  of  your   currently
unsupported Hardware...  ;-)

Hey, you can even donate to him...
Maybe using PayPal or something like this.  ;-)
