We didn't release it for 8.0.0 because there was an issue with it, and we haven't really seen a lot of activity/demand for it for a long time. It's good to hear that it's still being used. I believe Jean-Louis has found a fix for your issue, and I see no reason why we couldn't release an 8.0.1 including the standalone server fairly quickly.
