But, much better than nothing.

I think the Washington DC paper might see a reason for accommodating SI.
All of the foreign diplomats in the city would feel more at home with SI.
Other newspapers may not feel a need to include SI. They may feel that
foreigners show use the opportunity to learn and get comfortable with FFU.
