Unless you live in Wales, Poland, or Finland, where months could be
abbreviated "Meh", "Lis", or "Jou". In particular, "marraskuu" is
November,
not March.
Pierre is right, of course.
I was thinking of a person communicating with someone who speaks the
same language as he or she does. Then, the appropriate month
abbreviation for that language would be used. If that were not the
case, then the numerical version of the month would probably be better.
