I work from Sunday to Friday. If I were to use week numbers starting with 
Monday (which I don't, none of us at the office uses week numbers, we just 
use dates), I would find it weird that two workdays in a row are in different 
weeks, whereas Friday and Sunday are in the same week even though they are 
separated by Saturday, which is the day of rest.
