I feel a certain level of frustration from you Victor but
let me assure you you have no reason to feel that way - as
usual in the IETF the only decisions that matter are the
ones made on the list.
Let me suggest that we focus less on who said what and
why and instead focus on the issue at hand: should we
split the draft or not!
As chair I want to encourage everyone to present their
views regardless of how many years they may have under
their belt.
