Direi che il riferimento a citare una sola parte del testo c'e'
tranquillamente.
Può esserci, ma non necessariamente. Facciamo il caso, che la famosa
breve frase di Galileo, "eppur si muove!", io la citi integralmente: a
Londra direbbero, che "I quote" Galileo. :-)
