Hi all..
I've just spent the past week sifting through approx. 4500 messages
(Tech-List & Mike's site). I had no email facilities for about a month/2
(over Dec/Jan), then just as I got back online Mr.White Van driver
accelerated across two lanes of carriageway to make sure I T-boned him,
putting me in hospital for a week.. bust shoulder, collar bone, ribs etc..
Point is, my baby didn't look in too bad a state when I had her transferred
to a trusted friend's garage, but on closer inspection it looks as if she
may have to be classed as "uneconomical to repair". I've had her from new
(Sept '98) & I don't have to tell you guys what that feeling does to your
gut..
Sifting through the emails has kept me from cracking up! What doubts I
might have had about rekindling my VMax love affair disappeared in no time.
Hope to be riding & sharing experiences again soon! (Almost forgot - had to
put my Arai Quantum through the crash test.. came out OK!)
