Steve, 
Keep up your good spirit. As for your bike it all depends on the insurance. If it does 
not cover the damage, you might have to take your time and effort into repairing it, 
but if you can take a chance on buying a new one or a good second hand and sell yours 
as spares in the net, you could get enough to cover for the loss. 
As for her as you put it, I'm sorry to say it is just a heap of steel and bits put 
together to make you enjoy it, do not think about it as a living creature that you 
lost, it's amazing how we fall in love with our machine, but don't get carried away, 
you'll soon forget it for a new love........., but make sure it is another MAX, rest 
are just gimmicks 

It's good to know that the best part of your bike got through and is healing and that 
is YOU.
