Sat Tara, your right about not being able to see the end cells very easily
(I use a mirror) and about it being weak (especially if you don't run it
every day in cold weather). I spent more times taking the seat off to
jump-start the thing than I'd care to remember! I eventually ran a couple
of leads from the battery poles up to the airbox. That makes jump-starting
a lot easier (you just open the lid, and voil� !). Unfortunately, when I
originally installed the leads, I thought the lid was plastic and didn't
bother to insulate the lead ends. You can guess the rest... Anybody know
how to repair an arc hole? Jacques.
