This may sound nuts but it worked for me.
To isolate a carb problem in a single cylinder and eliminate the
possibility of an ignition problem of mechanical problem or what ever else
I pulled the barbs off and spun them 180` and pushed them back on.
temporarily lengthened the fuel hose and fired max up (work throttle by
hand if needed ) My problem instantly moved from right rear cyl. to left
front. I them knew with no doubt that carb was the problem
