Can someone explain why a 10:1 compression ratio does not result in 145 psi
in the cylinders when the ambient air pressure is 14.5 psi???
I've been wondering about this for some time... Even with different cam
overlaps & durations, the final (peak) compression should register as such
on a compression gauge, right? (or wrong?)

PS - Thanks to Eric H. for organizing the Biketoberfest events and showing
those Hog-Heads (with Rob) that the V-Maxers love shredding rubber!
