If you want a adjustable stock needle, order needle # 1GR-1490J-00. from a
canadian dealer.
 this needle has the same taper,but 5 clip positions, the #3 position is 1/2
clip richer than the non-adjustable US 49 state needle.i did the
measurements as i have both types here.
