I moved the SIMD reflect-apply tests to simd.js. I agree it's better to keep
these with the other SIMD tests for now.
I wasn't able to add JS tests for Object::SameValue/Zero via Object.freeze
because everything seems to go through the intrinsic SameValue (see
v8natives.js
DefineObjectProperty.)
