Scott,
 These are NOT "bulbs", but complete fixtures. In your case (if it were
mine), I'd replace the dual fixtures with the 12VDC fluorescent jobs and
be done with it. I'm assuming that you have a converter of some sort,
you're not depending on the tow vehicle alone to charge the battery.
