I have had good luck practicing Dvorak with a nifty little CLI utility called

Debian appears only to have the predecessor dvorak7min?
FreeBSD, NetBSD, and MacPorts have dvorakng
Since we're on the RSI topic, I've found that Juggling is really great for
staving off RSI. It helps to have props that are heavier than a tennis ball,
and it is a good way to get out of the "computing chair." I'd be happy to
teach interested VAGUErs the 3 basic patterns: cascade, fountain, and shower.
have a day.yad
