I've used Lax balls for years but last winter I purchased some balls
that have clear liquid centers and some colorful sparkles floating
inside. They are about the same weight or slightly lighter than lax
balls and not as hard so they don't bounce as aggressively when you
miss. They still bounce a lot, but they just don't go *through* things
as much:) Plus they are grippier, since Lax balls tend to become a
little slippery as they age. I had to change because I have a 2yr. old
that insists on throwing whatever I am.

Since we're on the RSI topic, I've found that Juggling is really
great for staving off RSI. It helps to have props that are
heavier than a tennis ball, and it is a good way to get out of
the "computing chair." I'd be happy to teach interested VAGUErs
the 3 basic patterns: cascade, fountain, and shower.
