Wow ... Sethu Bola .. Welcome Sethu ... I agree that foreigners seem to a have a very ignorant notion about India. But isn't it true that, we also tend to hide our faces under the soil when it comes to real issues? We are ashamed and hence do not accept that the real India is still poor, has snakes on roads and elephants. Half of the population still live in poverty, practice age old customs, force women into marriages. What Slumdog Millionaire portrayed is only reality, that we are ashamed of and hence not ready to accept. Why is only our half the real india?

Actually the picture they have about India is poor India. And above all this the movie slumdog has given a bad image about India to them.
