Didnt know that the official government figure is 77%. That means, it definitely is more than 77%. We can't argue that with the westerners. And also, when we all were in India, we used to think that these people dont have any values, culture and sleep around in their young age with whoever. Is that the case? Not really. These people do get upset when their relations break. So the gist is, everyone has half information when we are on only one side of the fence. When we really start living with one another in a mixed culture (eastern and western i.e.) we start realising the other half that we didn't know previously. Jaane do, its all about educating one another isnt it. It is really good that the girl asked the q to Arachana instead of blindly imagining that Arch has not met her fiance. Isn't that a positive thing? Archana, what did you reply to her? We all have given our two cents, what was the actual reply!!! But the point is after nearly 60 years of Independence nearly 40% of our population is still living below the poverty line! Isnt this figure alarming?
