Hi Mark,

I should mention the trick I use of creating your hex grid inside a multi-zoned
grid and defining a zone and using the 'Define Shape' button of the zone to
preview your grid changes. Saves heaps of time instead of having to start a new
game every time you change something.

The sort of interface you request is very unlikely to happen. Lot's of
programming work for very little very gain (overall I mean, in the greater
scheme of things). There is no 'framework' already there to support this sort
of interaction for defining a hex grid, so it becomes a major job.

However, I could be talked into adding a little preview window to the bottom of
the Hex Grid definition dialog showing a section of map with the grid painted
and with scroll bars to move around the map. As you manually change the grid
numbers, the grid will repaint.

Could also do the same for the Grid number visualizer and show the map under
the grid so that you can line up the numbers directly.

Cheers,
Brent.
