I did just this. Tried to put it in German. Then when I started Vassal again, it was actually in German (duh... funny to find my way around in the menus). And no mixed languages but the choices in the actual languages menus in preferences: all were in french:anglais/allemand/francais/japonais/etc But since even the start menu was in German that was fine by me. Then I tried to put it in english... and all those mixed french/english menus came back :( Is there a way to completely get rid of any trace of previous Vassal version or cached components?
