Hi Vernhard,

I believe the 4.0.4 version of VBox has resource governors in place.
I'm not sure whether they are dynamic.  Additionally, some Host O/S's
have the ability to dynamically re-allocate resources to processes.

I'm not mentioning the above because I'm a proponent of BDIM (not that
it's a new idea, just a new buzzword.  :), I'm indifferent about it,
but only to clarify.  :)
