I don't know anything about the error messages that you posted, but generally speaking you can fix every problem of this type by (a) uninstalling virutalbox, (b) re-downloading fresh copies of the virtualbox and extension pack installers (ensure they're both the same version). and (c) you guess what comes next. ;-) Also, when you install the extension pack, there's more than one way to do it. I always go to the menu in the GUI, and from there, select to install the extension pack.
