Sure, it looks like you might be right. Google pulls up quite a few search 
results on that phrase and a couple of microsoft knowledgebase articles whose 
solutions you might want to try.

It's actually:-

I'm beginning to think that maybe there's a permissions problem of
some sort when one upgrades to SP3, it may well be nothing at all to
do with VirtualBox.
