Another feature relating to commit.

If I'm trying to commit a file that's not under version control, it's
probably because I'd like to add it. When the window pops up to say
'xxxs' is not under version control, there should be a button which
says "Add this" and then retries the commit. If I try to add a bunch
of files that are not under subversion then group the dialogue
together so I can chose which files need to be added to subversion and
then committed.
