Hi Bob,

I would contact your credit card company, if indeed, you made the purchase
that way.

Explain your situation, and that will put the ball into their court.  The
credit card company will contact the vendor, and the vendor won't dare
ignore them!

I had problems with a company not sending an order that was paid for, and
the credit card company just wiped the charge off my account.

At least you will feel like you are doing something!
