Peter Jenkins the owner is someone I have worked with many times before, he is one of the early New Englander's who had a shop sponsored one day show, that became larger than the 'fly fishing show' and he was a vendor when I was Pres of UFT.

He does run one of the best shops to deal with, was the post office the shipper? I would open a inquiry with the shipping company, and inquire if there is insurance.

I'm actually a little over a hour away, they have some of the best bucktail, this is where I go for mine.
