You have just experienced the great Redington warranty service. I had a rod that was caught in the screen door..sent it to them telling them that it was my fault that the rod broke due to carelessness. Before there was time to get the old rod back to them, they replaced my great rod. A very satisfied customer..and a dealer now. Joyce
