Paul,
I agree with you about the cons of filling the waders with water to find the holes but I did it to mine anyway. I hung them from the garage door tracks in my garage and filled one leg at a time with water. It was pretty heavy but manageble. Doing it this was revealed numerous places where water was getting in. There were so many I'm not sure I got them all Aquasealed. Apparently I didn't because after doing both legs, I tested them again and they still leaked. I ended up sending them back to Orvis and getting a refund on them. I tried the alcohol thing and it didn't help at all. I even tried trapping air inside them and holding them underwater and the didn't work either. To me, although its somewhat of a hassle, filling them with water works the best.
But what do I know,
David
