We add non-lead weight, flashabou, stick on eyes,
bead eyes, cone heads, plastic backs, soft tex, epoxy,
silicone lips etc. etc. etc. 
...so how can you draw the line at spinner blades...
I don't use them but can't see how you can distinguish
and seperate them out.
