I saw Sylvester Nemes talk in Bozeman last year and he got quite hot about today's use of the dropper fly. He contested that this dropper was nothing more than a snagging combo on a fly rod and should be made illegal. Quite a few people agreed with him. Any thoughts on this?? Is the dropper fly an excellent way to catch more fish, or is it to be used for snagging season?
