Paul,
That Green Weenie under the Patriot does work well. Have taken a good number
of warm water species on that rig. Both the Patriot and the Weenie.
Only tried it for trout twice. I don't fish droppers for trout. Took trout
on the Green Weenie, none on the Patriot. If you ever get to talk to George
Harvey, have him tell you the story about the Green Weenie.
