The one thing that was changed was that the badge now allows all fish. The original badge I saw was to identify the species of trout, and the flys for trout. Good for the majority of fishing (although I fish more for bones and snook, bass and bluegills then trout) It will allow the people in states not near trout water to experience another way to fish.....Working with 2 troops here in OKC for that badge
