Releasing fish depends on the fishery in my opinion.  I fish farm ponds that in many cases need for the panfish to come out. Some places in Texas have had to make taking some fish out mandatory to keep the fishery in balance.   I think we need to all watch what is happening in each individual body of water and act accordingly.   My $.02 worth.   Rick
