I absolutly agree. I personal believe that there should be a daily C&R limit, after all, catching and releasing a fish puts a lot of strain on that fish. If 10% of the fish that are released die (I personally do not know) and a person catches and releases 100 fish then he has killed 10. Where I fish for trout the limit is 7 so maybe the bait fisher who keeps his limit kills lesss than the politically correct catch and releaser. Besides that, after 10 or so fish you are just keeping score. Bud
