OK all you FFF (that's fly fishing folks) this is gonna sound really
goofy... probably like "how do I win the lottery?" goofy. But here goes. I
have a week & I want to do some really good trout fishing... with the
following parameters. Can somebody, anybody help? I need a good trout fix!

1) Needs to be within 14 0r 16 hr. drive from the Olympic Peninsula WA
state. (this includes WA, MT, ID, WY, CA, OR)
2) Want to camp... the rougher, the better. I like primitive camping over a
campground any time.
3) Bonehead fishing... I mean I would rather catch a LOT of smaller fish any
day over hunting all day for the trophy. Number of fish per day must be a
LOT.
4) Preferably small stream fishing as I will be by myself and I am not a
particularly skillful fly fisher. (as the fly crashes to the water...) I
will consider lakes though.
5) I do have a pontoon boat that is not a pack-in boat. A float would be
nice but as I will be by myself with one vehicle it is not feasible.

Having said that. I have been to Yellowstone NP earlier this month and might
consider going back, but I do that every year. The fishing was a little
slower then it usually is given the hot weather and the bugs were a little
worse for the same reason. Can somebody point me in a new trout direction?
