Flew in Friday late afternoon--a niece got married and another niece had a baby 6 WEEKS premature. VERY FANCY WEDDING !!! Penthouse restaurant off the Parker House. Great Band. superb food Baby and Mom doing great. The kid ( boy) will be in the hospital for awhile. Has to develop a bit more. Leaves were BRILLIANT. Had not seen foliage in several years. Forgot what a secular show it is. Favorite gadget _ An elk horn Bodkin I got on a raffle over on FF@. Useless- A Vise extender. Bought in a moment of weakness CAUSE IT WAS on sale and it seemed like a good idea at the time. CRUCIAL SALTWATER gadget. A RITE bobbin in a magnum size. Long tube, ceramic insert. Flyfishing is pretty much like any other sport, it's as spendy as you want to make it. I've got several friends who spend as much or more on their spincasting rigs as any flyfishing setup. Just depends on how much you want to spend on your toys.
