Working in the retail business as i do, I can whole heartedly agree that palno takes good care of their customers. I have had to send in customer's Tackle boxes for defects (either the manufactuer's or customer's "accidents") & Plano has always taken good care of "my" customers... Glad to hear others have experianced the same quality service.....
