Jimmy, I checked with Wyoming Game and Fish, and they won't grant you a license to fish with me 'your way'. It's illegal to sink 5 gallon cans in the river and wade in and gill-grab the fish resting inside.   They also said no to DuPont Spinners and Crank-Wind electric generators with the leads in the water.   You just can't fish up here, can you?  We do linch chuck and winders.   DonO
